Lead Veterinarian
We are partnering with a rapidly growing, membership-based veterinary care organization built to deliver exceptional medicine in a sustainable, clinician-first environment and are seeking an experienced Lead Veterinarian. As a Lead Veterinarian, you will lead a team of doctors while maintaining clinical excellence, mentorship, and a culture of collaboration. Accredited hospitals and continued expansion make this an ideal opportunity for a leader seeking long-term growth and stability.

Lead Veterinarian — Requirements & Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Active state veterinary license and DEA license
- 6+ years of small animal experience, including leadership or mentorship responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach, develop, and engage a team of veterinarians
- Professional, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Lead Veterinarian — Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care and exceptional client experiences
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions across small animal GP
- Perform routine surgeries and dental procedures
- Maintain accurate digital medical records
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team
- Champion a culture of hospitality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
