Responsibilities General Manager Quality is our Recipe here at Wendy’s. We want our employees to provide customers with great-tasting food and service that puts a smile on their faces and keeps them coming back for more. As a General Manager , you will lead your restaurant, mentor and develop team members so you and your store are successful. You will be responsible for instilling the Wendy’s culture into your team and motivating them to exceed expectations. You will have total operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant. You have a strong background in restaurant operations achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
