Pay: $19-$24 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Summary


We are seeking a reliable and dependable Box Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will safely operate a box truck while making local deliveries and pickups. This position also involves loading and unloading materials, completing delivery paperwork, and providing professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck for local deliveries and pickups
• Load, unload, and properly secure products and materials
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
• Complete delivery paperwork and obtain signatures when necessary
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns
• Keep the truck clean and organized
• Follow all company safety policies and applicable transportation regulations
• Assist with warehouse and general labor duties as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous box truck or delivery driving experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday
• Must be able to pass required background and drug screenings

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb throughout the workday
• Ability to load and unload products from the truck
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when making deliveries

Compensation


$19-$24 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
