Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator | Leading Transportation & Supply Chain Company We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-paced transportation and supply chain operations team. If you have customer service experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy coordinating multiple activities at once, this is a great opportunity to build a career in logistics and operations. What You’ll Do: Create and manage shipment orders, loads, and appointments Track, trace, and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery Respond to customer and carrier requests through email and task boards Document shipment events and follow escalation procedures when needed Validate load data, maintain system accuracy, and support invoicing activities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction What You Bring: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication, prioritisation, and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Benefits and Compensation: Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
