Certified Medication Tech (with CNA I license)

Join our team as a Certified Medication Tech(CMTs). Our CMTs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident's needs.


We are currently offering up to a $500 sign on bonus for CMT positions scheduled for 24+ hours per week.

Schedules Available Include:

Every other Saturday & Sunday 7:00am - 7:30pm or 7:00pm - 7:30am

Every weekend Friday, Saturday and Sunday 11:00pm - 7:30am

Every other weekend Saturday & Sunday 3:00pm - 11:30pm

24 hours per week Evening 3:00pm - 11:30pm:

Week 1: Sunday, Thursday, Friday

Week 2: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

24 hours per week day 7:00am - 3:30pm:

Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Friday

Week 2: Monday, Friday, Saturday

24 hours per week Evening 3:00pm - 11:30pm:

Week 1: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday

40 hours per week Day 7:00am - 3:30pm

Compensation: Ranging from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour; based upon years of licensure. Potential for shift differential of $1.00 per hour for evening and night shifts.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

What you will need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current, active CNA I certification for the state f Maryland
• Current, active certification for Certified Medication Technician
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA I experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Technician experience highly preferred
• Current CPR certification required.
