RN - Hospice

This is a travel position for an RN in hospice care with BJC Home Care Services. The shift is from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM, with five shifts per week for a total of 40 scheduled hours. The job order starts on 09/08/2026 and ends on 12/08/2026, lasting 13 weeks. The RN case manager will support a patient load of 15-18 patients, Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Must have hospice RN case manager experience. The position involves home care/nursing home visits, med management, supply management, DME management, wound care, teaching, admissions, triage visits, routine visits, and providing care and support to patients and families at the end of life. Port access, high acuity (wound vac, pluerx drains, peritoneal drains, trach care), and familiarity with CADD (pain pumps) are required. Strong computer skills are a bonus. Phone and laptop will be provided, and mileage reimbursement is available at $0.55/mile within a 50-mile radius from Mason Ridge Office.
