HVAC Controls Systems Engineer Location: Fargo, ND Pay Range: $32.76 per hour What’s the Job? Lead HVAC controls projects from start to finish Design, program, and commission building automation systems Coordinate installation and work with subcontractors/technicians Manage project budgets, billing, and change orders Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle Must Have Experience with HVAC or building automation controls Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients Ability to work independently What’s Needed? Associate degree + 2 years experience OR 4 years related experience Knowledge of project coordination and execution Understanding of safety and compliance requirements Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills What’s in it for me?
