Our innovative private practice located in the stunning Four Corners region of New Mexico is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Nephrologist. Join a diverse and experienced team of three nephrologists, offering excellent opportunities for career advancement, including potential Medical Directorship roles.

Position Details
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, focusing on outpatient nephrology with a generalist approach.
  • Patient Volume: Step into an established patient base with mentorship provided by our seasoned physician team.
  • PTO: Enjoy up to 42 weekdays of paid time off once you are established.
  • Partnership Opportunities: Options available for partnership track.
  • Compensation: Starting base salary of $350,000+, plus a $30,000 bonus for clinic directorship upon joining.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including sign-on and relocation bonuses, 401(k) with profit sharing, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and continuing medical education (CME) support.
