Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the ED, including triage, rapid assessment, and continuous monitoring of acutely ill or injured patients
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; assist with procedures and resuscitation as needed
- Document patient care and outcomes in the charting system (Medhost or equivalent) and communicate changes to the care team
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other clinicians to coordinate timely interventions
- Support float to medical-surgical units as assigned; assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and comfort, identifying and escalating deteriorating conditions promptly

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of assignment (Arizona)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience; travel experience preferred
- Ability to work in a trauma-capable ED setting and float to medical-surgical units as needed
- Proficiency in charting with Medhost or similar electronic health record systems
- Ability to work 3x12-hour shifts and meet assignment requirements
