Role Overview The Therapist in Training will join the Family Preservation Team, providing in-home therapy and supporting individuals and families through strength-based, evidence-based practices . Responsibilities include developing goal-focused, individualized service plans, delivering services in various settings, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
