LADC | Chemical Dependency Detox

Role: Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in an outpatient behavioral health setting. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based counseling, develop personalized treatment plans, conduct assessments using ASAM criteria, deliver individual and group therapy, maintain accurate documentation, educate team members on chemical dependency, collaborate with treatment providers and community resources, and support clients through recovery and behavioral change. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or exempt status under Minnesota law, valid licensure as an LADC or ADC-T (or exemption), completion of 40 hours of continuing education biennially, and BLS certification within six months of hire.
