Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Perform quality control testing on aggregate materials to ensure compliance with specifications* Collect and analyze samples from portable plant operations* Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner* Communicate findings with plant and operations teams to support production quality* Assist with troubleshooting and process improvements based on test data**What Are We Looking For*** Strong understanding of aggregate materials and quality control procedures* Ability to perform accurate testing and maintain detailed records* Comfortable working independently in a mobile plant environment* Effective communication and problem-solving skills* Willingness to travel and adapt to changing work locations and schedules**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**Physical Demands of the Job*** Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of materials and equipment* Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing in outdoor and industrial settings* Manual dexterity and visual acuity required for sample collection and testing* Tolerance for working in dusty, noisy, and physically demanding environments* Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots**What We Offer*** Starting Pay $23.81 per hour DOE* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including: + Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits + Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) + AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance + Paid Bonding Leave, 10 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid HolidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
