Role:
We are partnering with a well-established construction and construction equipment supplier that is looking to add a Staff Accountant to its growing accounting team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and an understanding of project accounting, Work-in-Process (WIP) accounting, and job cost accounting. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable organization with long-term growth potential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 4+ years of accounting experience within the construction, engineering or similar industry
- Knowledge of project accounting and/or WIP accounting
- Familiarity with Procore, Sage, and/or Timberscan is a plus
- Experience processing Accounts Payable and AP workflows is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
