GroundskeeperThe Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep, appearance, and safety of the HOA's common outdoor areas. This role plays a vital part in maintaining curb appeal, supporting property values, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Availability on weekends is required occasionally, about once per quarter. Join a dedicated team of seven on the groundskeeping team.Job Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burke, VA.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
