About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Highland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents. This includes administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition
• Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and ambulation
• Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of New York
• 0 years of experience as an LPN
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed
• Possession of a valid driver's license (if applicable)
