Receiving ClerkMeyer Distributing is looking for a Receiving Clerk to join our Kingman, AZ team! The Receiving Clerk will organize and secure products properly in preparation for being transported or moved. Report safety issues or concerns immediately to management.Hourly Rate for Receiving Clerk: $17.00 with opportunities for increases through performance reviewsSchedule: (End times may vary) 1st shift: (Stable schedule: 5-day work week ~40 hours) Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMRequirements for Receiving Clerk:Ability to lift up to 75 poundsAbility to engage in repetitious bending and liftingMust have ability to grasp, push and pull with hands for duration of shiftMust have ability to endure extreme hot and cold temperatures and humidity and work in a noisy environmentMust be able to work up to 25 feet above ground levelMust have ability to stand, walk, and squat for duration of shiftReceiving Clerk duties include but are not limited to:Basic computer skills and knowledge of Meyer VMS softwarePositive attitude and the ability to motivate employeesAbility to give special attention to detailAbility to identify letter and numbersDemonstrate leadership skills and abilitiesPlanning/organizing and follow up skillsQuality control - the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors their own work to ensure qualityAdaptability - the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and can deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.Dependability - the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.Communication - must have excellent oral and written communication skills up and down organizational structureAll other duties as assignedMeyer Distributing is a complete wholesale distributor: automotive, RV/towing, outdoor living, marine, and more.
