Establish and administer a treatment program with goals determined by patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Document and record patient condition and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Collaborate with all disciplines to provide best patient‑centered treatment and care. Requirements / Qualifications Must have a valid professional license and registration for the state of practice.
