Job Title: CNA
Shift(s): Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (5-7 visits daily)
Job Location: Carbondale, PA and surrounding areas

Our CNAs see patients in the most ideal setting - where the patient resides!
Our offices are located in Dunmore, PA . At Traditional, we do our best to schedule CNA visits within a sensible geographic territory every day.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

• Administers personal care and ADL assistance to patients according to the individual's care plan.
• Reports patient status changes to nursing supervisor on a continuous basis.
• Prepares, maintains and submits documentation as required in a thorough and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Current Pennsylvania certification as a Certified Nurse Aide
• Must have a current PA driver's license
• Ability to travel to multiple patient assignments daily
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
