Are you energetic and passionate about helping kids grow? KidStrong is looking for Coaches who love creating fun, engaging experiences for children. As a Coach, you'll lead our curriculum and make a lasting impact on the kids and families in our community. What You'll Do
- Lead fun, high-energy classes that build brain, physical and character skills in kids from crawling age to 11 years old.
- Earn KidStrong Coach Certification and keep building your skills through our ongoing training.
- Create positive experiences for families before, during and after class.
- Keep classes running smoothly and on time.
- Coach classes, camps, movie nights and other center events as needed.
- A genuine passion for working with children (required).
- Confidence and clear communication with parents and guardians.
- High energy and an engaging presence in every class.
- CPR certification, or willingness to get certified.
- Command presence: You lead with confidence and set high standards.
- Passion: You genuinely love coaching kids.
- Relationship builder: You build strong connections with KidStrong families.
- Professional: You show up consistently and strive for excellence.
- Teacher: You communicate our programming with knowledge and clarity.
- Part-time shifts available.
- Make a real difference in the lives of kids and their families.
