On behalf of our client, a major consumer-facing organization, we are seeking an execution-focused Senior Operations Program Manager. This high-visibility role provides senior-level business and operational support, directly taking ownership of the inventory lifecycle, sales tracking, and buyback management of our client's corporate uniform and field gear programs.

Our client is looking for a structured, analytical leader who can bridge the gap between high-level retail brand experiences and rigorous supply chain logistics. You will be responsible for orchestrating large-scale quarterly uniform launches while serving as the primary point of accountability for external manufacturing vendors. If you have a background in process control, a "get-it-right" approach to vendor management, and the ability to eliminate field operational pain points, this is your opportunity to drive systemic change.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Architecture & Launches: Lead the end-to-end planning, scheduling, preparation, and execution of the Consumer Group uniform program. This includes managing complex quarterly product launches and ensuring long-term program sustainability.
• Fiscal & Budgetary Oversight: Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor program schedules, and provide strict budgetary oversight to ensure the uniform initiatives remain cost-effective and on-track.
• Inventory & Buyback Control: Architect, implement, and monitor robust process controls to closely track inventory levels and sales data. Proactively manage the lifecycle of materials to minimize financial liability and annual contract buybacks.
• Vendor & Contract Governance: Act as the primary operational liaison between internal executive management and external manufacturing/fulfillment partners. Direct vendor performance, hold partners accountable to strict contract SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and assist with ongoing contract development.
• Cross-Functional Customer Experience: Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams to align uniform rollouts with premium in-store brand experiences, systematically identifying and eliminating field deployment pain points.
• Risk & Change Management: Evaluate risks, assess potential impacts on program delivery, and champion best practices. Confidently manage operational and design changes within the uniform sub-programs based on performance data and field feedback.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 4 to 7 years of proven professional experience successfully running organizational programs, complex project management initiatives, or corporate retail logistics.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is strictly required.
• Vendor Management: Demonstrated history of managing large-scale, third-party vendors and enforcing rigid contractual deadlines and quality standards.
• Data & Inventory Literacy: Strong analytical capability with experience managing inventory flows, supply forecasting, or mitigating financial buyback liabilities.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding organizational, planning, and prioritizing capabilities. Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the confidence to drive consensus across various internal departments and vendor tiers.
• Adaptability: A proactive problem-solver who can gracefully manage multiple moving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
