Senior Technical Recruiter

The Senior Technical Recruiter role is designed for experienced talent acquisition professionals specializing in technical hiring across Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Technology, Consulting, and Energy sectors. This position focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment activities, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes for specialized technical positions. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers, business leaders, sales teams, and account stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and execute effective recruitment strategies. Recruiters will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating, and engaging top technical talent across various domains, including software development, data and AI, cloud technologies, infrastructure, trading systems, and project management. The position also involves leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, professional networks, and direct search methods to identify qualified candidates. Additionally, professionals in this role will contribute to workforce planning, recruitment analytics, employer branding initiatives, candidate engagement strategies, and process improvement efforts. Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding support. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical hiring requirements. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for technical and niche positions. Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and direct search methods. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates for specialized technical roles. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Assess candidate qualifications, technical capabilities, and cultural fit. Present qualified candidate profiles to hiring managers with detailed recommendations. Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience. Negotiate compensation packages and support offer management activities. Assist with onboarding and pre-joining engagement activities. Recruit for roles across software development, data engineering, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and project management domains. Conduct talent mapping and competitor hiring analysis. Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases within ATS platforms. Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, pipeline strength, and conversion rates. Prepare recruitment reports and hiring dashboards. Collaborate with sales and account management teams on upcoming hiring requirements. Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives. Participate in employer branding and talent attraction campaigns. Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives. Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring standards. Contribute to recruitment process improvements and best practices. Support diversity hiring and talent community-building initiatives. Share sourcing strategies and market insights with internal recruitment teams. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all recruitment activities. Continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring quality. Adapt recruitment strategies based on business priorities and market conditions.
