Family Medicine Physician (FP) Mercer, Pennsylvania We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Mercer, Pennsylvania who wants strong earning potential, loan repayment eligibility, and the opportunity to serve a welcoming community with unique regional attractions. You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on comprehensive, relationship-driven medicine. You’ll practice in a collaborative setting with full clinical support staff and structured workflows that allow you to focus on patient care. You’ll practice near Mercer, Pennsylvania, an area known for tax-free shopping at Grove City Premium Outlets, unique destinations like Wendell August Forge, Keystone Safari Adventure Park, and the Avenue of 444 Flags.
Schedule & Setting
- Outpatient-only primary care setting
- Monday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Tuesday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
What makes you a great fit
- You are an MD or DO
- You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- You hold a clear and active Pennsylvania medical license and DEA
- You value community-based, patient-centered care
- You’re comfortable practicing independently within a collaborative team

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $220,000+ based on experience
- Health insurance with 80% employer-paid premium
