Job Summary
Home & Care, a leading provider of home healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist (ST) to join our team in Billings, MT. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our seniors regain their communication skills and regain independence. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' communication skills and develop personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, utilizing various techniques and strategies to promote language development, articulation, and vocal quality
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and develop effective communication strategies
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in speech therapy
Requirements
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MA/MS/MSc) or equivalent
Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years; recent graduates and experienced professionals welcome
