You will be working in an onsite rehabilitation center equipped with advanced technology, including Normatec recovery systems and the Neubie device utilized by professional athletes. Our facility allows for a low patient volume, which ensures you have the time and resources to focus on delivering personalized, high-quality care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of each patient, developing tailored treatment plans with measurable goals to track progress effectively.

• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques in conjunction with therapeutic exercise programs to promote healing and functional improvement.

• Document clinical findings and treatment outcomes, preparing progress summaries to communicate effectively with other medical professionals involved in patient care.

• Engage in follow-up and new patient consultations, providing dedicated time to discuss patient health goals and recovery strategies.

• Collaborate with a team of therapists, sharing patients across the schedule to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary clientele consists of active and athletic individuals aged 35 and above, including some elite and professional athletes. Many of our clients are highly motivated to pursue their rehabilitation journeys, often adhering to their prescribed home exercise programs and lifestyle changes. This role is ideal for a therapist who values working with individuals committed to their health and is looking to help them achieve more than they thought possible.

Qualifications

• A valid California state license to practice as a physical therapist.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

• Strong manual therapy skills with a proven ability to implement evidence-based techniques.

• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to stay at the forefront of therapeutic practices.

• Willingness to engage in small group fitness instruction, enhancing client engagement and recovery.

Preferred Experience

• Experience or certification in Pilates, NAIOMT training, or Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is highly desirable.

• Familiarity and experience treating vestibular and post-concussion conditions are advantageous, reflecting our diverse patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
