Job Title:

Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist)

Role Description:

This position transcends the typical Clinic Director role — it offers the chance to become an Equity Partner and influence the development of a clinic from its inception. You will have a say in the clinic's location, culture, team growth, and patient experience while collaborating with an organization that has successfully launched over 400 clinics across the country. Our company will provide assistance in areas such as Marketing, Human Resources, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, Revenue Cycle Management, and more to support you and your expanding clinic.

Compensation:

Annual salary range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated commitment and experience in a healthcare environment.
• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others is essential.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• A commitment to growing the clinic, fostering community relationships, and nurturing a positive team culture.
