Robotic/Automation Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)
Our client is seeking a Robotic/Automation Maintenance Technician to support a highly automated precision manufacturing operation serving industries including medical, automotive, telecommunications, transportation, and more. What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
- Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment
- Learn to troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, and robotic systems
- Install, program, and repair robot controllers, conveyors, and end-of-arm tooling
- Read blueprints, machine manuals, and technical documentation
- Replace motors, controllers, encoders, sensors, circuit boards, and other components
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts inventory
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical testing equipment
- Interest in learning robotic systems and automation technology
- Flexibility to support emergency maintenance needs
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday
- 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
- Four 10-hour shifts
- Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!
Compensation & Benefits
- $30 to $34.00 per hour PLUS $1.50/hour shift differential & Bonus!
