Floyd's 99 Barbershop is growing, and we're looking for talented Barbers and Stylists across all locations. We're a vibrant, cutting-edge shop catering to both men and women, offering top-quality services like haircuts, color, styling, and waxing. If you're passionate about your craft and ready to be part of a dynamic team, we want to meet you
What We Offer:
- Beginning pay rate: 42%-45% commission of service sales or a protected $13/hr - you will always make the greater of the two
- Tips paid out at the end of each day
- Steady Walk-In Traffic, allowing you to build your books quickly
- Opportunity to increase commission rate based on sales + request rate *Reviewed quarterly
- Guaranteed Full-Time hours, with Part-Time positions available dependent upon location
