Customer Service and Security Event Staff NC A&T

Event Staffing PositionRhino Sports, a division of REVELxp, is looking for reliable and outgoing individuals to join our team! We provide event staffing personnel to local venues and we're looking for people to assist us in multiple event staffing positions. We service universities in the area and are currently looking for staff to assist with NC A&T. Traveling work opportunities may be available for other football games, regional concerts, and NASCAR events.These positions are part-time and event-based, so you work what fits your schedule! Whether you're looking for work experience in the sports industry or extra income, Rhino allows you to sign up online for any available shifts that fit your availability. These are fast-paced, fun events that will keep you on your toes!Expectations:Available to work all home football games in addition to training sessions18 years of ageStrong communication skillsOffer the highest level of customer service for all patrons in all areasMaintain a positive and professional attitude and appearanceAbility to efficiently problem solveResponsibilities:Ensure that patrons have proper tickets or credentials for access to premium spacesEffectively and efficiently handle patrons' concerns as they ariseEnhance guests' game day experienceDemonstrate understanding of policies and procedures within premium space(s)Ensure a safe and clean environment for all guestsWork Environment:Will be spending a considerable duration of time standing/walkingWill work as part of a team to ensure the best experience for guestsRequirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageHS Diploma or GEDMust be able to successfully complete a criminal background checkBe able to stand for long periods of time (outside, possibly in the elements)Must have reliable transportation and be available to work on weekendsStrong customer service skillsPrevious customer service experience preferredFor security positions: have a current unarmed security license or be willing to go through the process to receive one.Rhino Sports and REVELxp are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
