Strategic HR Director for Global Workforce & Leadership

Maximus

Maximus seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to lead workforce strategies for a globally distributed federal programs workforce. The role requires active secret clearance and 10+ years of HR leadership experience, partnering with executives to drive organizational performance and workforce readiness.

You will oversee recruitment, retention, onboarding, employee engagement, and lifecycle management, ensuring compliance and policy excellence across programs.
