Supply Chain Operations Analyst (3PL & eCommerce) Job Category: Full Time/Direct Hire Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Bonus + High Growth Opportunity Job Type: Hybrid- 75% remote, 25% travel BBSI has partnered with a fast-growing eCommerce supply chain organization supporting major retail accounts such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Costco to hire a Supply Chain Operations Analyst with strong 3PL and retailer compliance experience. This role owns end-to-end logistics execution, ensuring seamless coordination across inbound freight, warehouse operations, and outbound fulfillment in a high-volume environment. What You’ll Own: Manage 3PL performance, SOP compliance, and operational KPIs Oversee inbound container flow, drayage coordination, and inventory receipt Ensure on-time fulfillment aligned with retailer SLAs (including Amazon 24-hour requirements) Drive compliance with retailer routing guides, labeling, ASN/EDI requirements, and vendor portals Partner with carriers and freight providers to secure capacity and optimize costs Analyze performance data to reduce delays, chargebacks, and inefficiencies Lead weekly performance reviews with 3PL partners and implement process improvements Oversee returns processing and inventory accuracy What You Bring: 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations Experience supporting major retailers or marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) Strong understanding of routing guides, compliance, and chargeback prevention Proficiency in Excel and ERP/WMS systems (MS Dynamics) Experience with container logistics, drayage, and inbound freight is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why This Role: High ownership with direct impact on national retail operations Exposure to complex, high-volume eCommerce logistics Growth path into Supply Chain Manager / Operations Leadership Collaborative, fast-moving environment with strong leadership support BBSI provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
