Coverage Territory Pearland and surrounding areas. Job Type Full Time. Pay $75,000.00–$100,000.00 per year (full‑time productivity). Pay rate: $48.08 per point. Position Seeking elite Licensed Practical Nurse! Previous home health experience preferred. This is a full‑time position with the expectation of 30 productivity points per week. The clinician will be paid per point and can earn additional pay by performing more than 30 productivity points per week. Responsibilities Comfortable treating wounds Serve as the patient’s advocate and maintain ongoing communication with physicians, referral sources, caregivers, and facility management to facilitate coordination of care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician.
