Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Sr. Associate, Talent Acquisition to support high-volume hiring for revenue-generating teams. This role will focus on full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Business Development, Sales Support, Customer Onboarding, and other Go-to-Market positions ranging from entry-level through Director-level talent. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with a proven track record of attracting and hiring top-performing sales professionals. You'll partner closely with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies, drive sourcing efforts, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume Go-to-Market positions. Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute hiring strategies. Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process. Create and launch engaging recruitment marketing campaigns. Advertise openings across job boards, social networks, and professional communities. Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS. Provide market insights and recruiting metrics to stakeholders. Support hiring teams in making objective and data-driven hiring decisions. Negotiate offers and manage candidate communications throughout the process. Qualifications Required 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within sales or business development recruiting. Experience supporting multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and deadlines. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and recruiting tools. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Preferred Experience in a startup and/or fintech environment. Project or program management experience. Experience recruiting revenue-generating or customer-facing talent. Why Join? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr.
