Pay: $23.00/hour
Shift/Schedule:  C Crew | 7:00am-7:00pm (12-hour shift) — alternating schedule:

• Week 1: Mon / Tue / Fri / Sat / Sun
• Week 2: Wed / Fri
  (Repeats every two weeks)

Important Assignment Note (Temp Backfill)

• This is a temporary backfill position covering an employee who is currently on leave. The leave may be extended, so the assignment length is uncertain and could last a while based on business needs.

Overview

We’re hiring a Warehouse Operator / Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations in Canaan, CT. In this role, you’ll operate forklifts and assist with moving materials and finished products while following SOPs and quality guidelines in a metrics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products within the facility
• Support material handling, logistics, and general warehouse operations
• Maintain basic records/documentation as needed
• Complete routine tasks following established processes and SOPs
• Work safely and efficiently while meeting quality and productivity expectations
