Bartender PositionThe Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly, attentive service while accurately preparing and serving beverages. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests enjoy a high-quality hospitality experience.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet guests promptly and provide warm, courteous, and professional servicePrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and brand standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar areaMaintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of glass doors and windows, etc. as neededEngage with guests to enhance their experience and respond to requests efficientlyVerify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with all laws and policiesProcess transactions accurately using point-of-sale systemsCollaborate with servers, supervisors, and team members to ensure smooth service operationsFollow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times
