Weekend Baylor Nurse 7a-7p Join the Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center Team! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Baylor Nurse to join our dynamic team at Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Eight Mile, AL. As a Weekend Baylor Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents on weekends. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents in our Baylor unit, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical records, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control principles and standards Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination Identify and report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities Requirements: Current RN licensure in the State of Alabama Minimum of 0 years of experience as a registered nurse (new graduates encouraged to apply) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing patient needs Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and computer systems Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed If you are a passionate and dedicated nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of our residents, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
