Part Time Bob Meyer Park 8511 Sturbridge Drive Cincinnati, OH 45236 Spring Leagues Begin Saturday 4/11/26 and end 6/6/26 (Off 5/23/25 for Memorial Day Weekend). Must be able to work Saturdays and available to work for the full duration of the season. Approximate Hours: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm. Final Schedule TBD. Must have reliable transportation. We will train for all positions, but a background in sports or customer service is a plus. Great job for college students looking to make extra money. Must be reliable! Job Summary The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands‑on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels. Responsibilities Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun. Teach and demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values. Supervise the overall operation of the designated sport on game day. Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills. Qualifications Excellent communication skills. Sport‑specific coaching experience and knowledge. Highly motivated self‑starter; can work independently and solve problems. Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players. Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
