IT Field Support Specialist

Responsibilities Provision, configure, and deploy laptops for employees, including imaging, software installation, and account setup Set up new hire accounts and ensure proper access to systems and applications Troubleshoot, repair, and coordinate warranty service for laptops and IT equipment Set up and support IT infrastructure at job sites (connectivity, devices, and basic troubleshooting) Travel to remote and satellite offices to ensure consistent IT operations and provide onsite technical support Remote and satellite office travel will primarily be San Diego and Orange County, with occasional travel to Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and other surrounding areas, depending on job site Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets, including hardware, software, and user support issues Order, track, and maintain inventory of IT equipment (laptops, monitors, peripherals, etc.) Assist with phone system support and device setup Coordinate delivery, setup, and relocation of IT equipment as needed Maintain documentation and tracking of equipment, setups, and site configurations #J-18808-Ljbffr
