Restorative Aide Role:

- Participate in the activites departmet

-Directing and participating in restorative programs tailored to individual residents.

- Facilitating each resident's transition from skilled rehab services to restorative, progressive, and preventative programs.

- Maintaining restorative nursing progress and documentation records for all participating residents.

- Visiting each resident daily and as needed to ensure the program's productivity.

Job Requirements:

- CNA License with experience and/or knowledge of restorative nursing philosophy and procedures.

- Ability to interact positively with residents, government agencies, and the general public.
