You’ll be responsible for supervising the daily operations, managing crew performance, and ensuring that customers receive a fast, friendly, and memorable experience.Key responsibilities include:Leading Internal Functions: Manage critical areas such as Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory ManagementDelegating & Reporting: Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure results are metDriving Restaurant Performance: Support the General Manager in achieving goalsKitchen Operations: Supervise food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu itemsPeople Management: Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit objectivesCustomer Service: Ensure all team members are trained to deliver excellent guest experiences and that key service areas are organized for optimal serviceTeam Collaboration: Partner with the restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient operationsWhat We’re Looking For:A commitment to excellence in food safety, service, and the workplace environmentStrong customer service skills with a focus on anticipating and meeting customer needsEffective communication skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced settingLeadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferredFlexible schedule and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environmentMust be 18 years or older to be eligible for the positionAdditional Information:We are an equal opportunity employer and celebrate diversity within our workforce.
