Department: Receiving
Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (will need to be flexible to start as early as 3am and as late as 7am)
Pay rate: $19.00
Responsibilities:
- Answer and send emails
- Check and confirm POs
- Assist with receiving and shipment paperwork
- Perform data entry
- Communicate with customers and drivers to provide customer service
- Support production and warehouse operations as needed
- Multitask effectively under pressure
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Experience in a warehouse or clerk role preferred
- Reliable and eager to learn
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- Stand and walk for approximately 80% of the workday
- Lift up to 15 lbs. when necessary
- Move easily between the office, warehouse, and production areas
