The RN completes comprehensive OASIS assessments, develops individualized care plans, and provides treatments such as wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management. This role coordinates with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to ensure quality, patient-centered care. You’ll document in an electronic health record, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care.
