Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with various rehabilitation needs.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and exercises.
