Key Responsibilities Include Mix paints, enamels, and lacquers to specified colors, consistencies and viscosities for spraying and/or brushing Prepare surfaces and apply coatings to various parts or products using standard methods Paint for machine finish and appearance Touch up marred surfaces Provide for the operating maintenance of equipment Properly store painting supplies Detect faulty operation, defective material, and refer these and other situations to supervisor Qualifications High School or Technical School Diploma.
