Join a fast‑growing records management team where you’ll handle physical file storage, box movement, scanning, and order processing in a hands‑on, active warehouse environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, moving throughout the day, and working independently while supporting a mission‑critical operation.

• Move, lift, and carry boxes throughout the facility — including stairs, inclines, and varied walking surfaces
• Perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, and bending for extended periods
• Process incoming and outgoing orders by reading labels, organizing boxes, and preparing shipments
• Use proprietary computer systems to track orders and locate stored boxes
• Operate handheld scanners for inventory and order verification
• Climb ladders safely to access high‑bay storage locations
• Lift and carry boxes up to 100 lbs without assistance for prolonged periods
• Maintain accurate documentation for all box movements and order activity

• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, bending, and climbing
• Comfort lifting up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Basic English reading and writing for labels and documentation
• Experience with scanners or inventory tools
• Strong attention to detail for labels, order accuracy, and tracking
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
