YOUR HOURS

This is a steady, full-time role with a consistent schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, including overtime opportunities.

WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS AS A PARTS COUNTER SALES ASSOCIATE

You connect with customers in person and over the phone, helping them find the right parts and equipment solutions with confidence and accuracy. You handle incoming parts calls, guide customers through purchase decisions, and process sales while maintaining strong relationships through excellent service. When inventory arrives, you check in parts, stay organized, and ensure shelves are well stocked, using quiet moments to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Parts look-up experience
• Knowledge of small engines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use a computer
• Experience in a lawn mower shop is preferred
• Knowledge of current equipment is a plus
