Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31/hr

What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to ICU patients, ensuring safety and comfort
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Document care appropriately using EPIC electronic health record system
• Adapt communication and care strategies to meet patient needs and treatment goals
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management
• Manage nursing resources efficiently and serve as a team leader in the ICU

What You Need

• Active RN License in Mississippi
• Minimum 2 years ICU RN experience, with EPIC documentation skills
• Current BLS, ACLS, and CPI certification (12-month blue card from CPI)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a high-pressure environment
