If those values sound like you, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do As a Shift Manager, you help keep the restaurant running smoothly. You will: Lead and support team members during your shift Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally Train new employees and reinforce Wendy’s procedures Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards Ensure orders are accurate, timely, and meet brand expectations Help create a positive, fast-paced, and friendly work environment What You Bring To be successful in this role, you should have: At least one year of restaurant experience Experience leading, organizing, or supervising a team Strong skills in customer service, problem solving, and decision making The ability to give and receive direction professionally Flexible availability, including nights and weekends Physical & Job Requirements Shift Managers must be able to: Travel to other Wendy’s locations when needed Stand, walk, and move throughout the shift Lift 25–50 lbs. occasionally Work in various weather conditions (e.g., rain at the drive-thru, taking out trash, etc.) Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, grills, and follow all brand standards Why Wendy’s We know that people are our greatest asset.
