Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point end point or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.
Pay
- All-inclusive rate per route mileage drive time and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
- Weekly bonus: $25
- Training bonus: $145 paid after 30 days with no call-offs
- Sign-on bonus: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
- Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)
What Makes Someone Successful Here Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery rideshare or courier experience is a plus but not required.
What the Route Looks Like
- Run your stops using our driver app navigation scheduling and real-time support built in
- Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery through the app
- Handle specimens carefully and keep proper temperature (room refrigerated or frozen as required)
- Contact dispatch right away if anything looks damaged improperly packaged or off
What Youll Need
- Personal vehicle (2016 preferred) valid license active insurance satisfactory driving record (MVR)
- Smartphone (iOS 13/Android 11) with reliable data
- Able to lift up to 25lbs
- 21 years old
- Delivery rideshare or courier experience a plus not required
What We Provide Branded shirt and bag full onboarding (app walkthrough route preview protocol training) and real-time dispatch support start to finish.
All contractor engagements require a satisfactory background check and MVR review. We provide opportunities without regard to race color religion sex national origin age disability or other protected characteristics. As an independent contractor youre responsible for self-employment taxes; a 1099-NEC is issued for payments made.
