Salary:

$2338.35 bi-weekly

Schedule:

Full time 35 hours/week

How you'll be there for students: Be their advocate, confidence builder, and difference maker. Play a critical role in supporting the behavioral, personal, emotional, and social development of students. Responsibilities:

As a School Counselor with Catapult Learning, you will:

• Provide individual counseling with students, consultation services with school staff and parents, classroom developmental guidance lessons.
• Positively impact students' educational, behavioral, social, and emotional well-being.
• Nurture student potential through personalized, small-group, and classroom counseling, focusing on academic, emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs.
• Empower parents and school staff by connecting them with community resources that align with students' unique needs.
• Ensure administrative excellence by completing accurate, efficient paperwork.
• Stay updated on field trends to enhance guidance and support for students.
• Foster trust and reliability by adhering to the Counseling Policy Manual, funding guidelines, and school procedures.

Qualifications:

What we'll need from you: The positive, enthusiastic school counselor we seek possesses the following qualifications.

• Master's degree in counseling or related field.
• Experience working with elementary students desired.
• PA Elementary Certified School Counseling Certification

Pay Rate:

Starting from USD $33.40/Hr.
