Online Chat Representative (Remote)

Lakeside Pediatrics is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Online Chat Representative to join our growing remote support team. In this role, you'll assist patients and families through live chat by providing accurate information, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. If you enjoy helping people, communicating through written conversations, and working in an organized remote environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Complete light administrative and data entry tasks. Deliver a positive and professional customer experience with every interaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers and web-based applications. Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks efficiently. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, chat support, administrative support, or healthcare customer service. Familiarity with CRM or customer communication platforms.
